What payment methods are accepted? When is payment due?
Purchases can be made using cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. Checks should be made payable to the Associate. Payment is due at the time of ordering.
When will the party orders be placed?
If you have all your pre-order information by the night of your party, then you can determine which jewelry you would like to select for free and half price. This means your order will be placed within 24 hours.
When will guests receive their jewelry?
The entire party order will be shipped directly to the Hostess, with each guest’s order pre-sorted, including a receipt. It is the responsibility of the Hostess to make arrangements with each guest to deliver their order.
Can I use Hostess Credit to purchase half price items?
No, half price items must be paid for by the Hostess.
Do I qualify for additional Hostess bonuses?
Yes! Ask your Associate for this month’s Hostess bonus!
Do I have to pay for shipping and handling on my free and half price items?
Yes. Hostesses are responsible for shipping and handling on their jewelry.
What is the Accentz Guarantee?
With the original receipt, an item may be returned for replacement due to a defect in the workmanship. The item must be replaced by the same item. If the original item is no longer available, an exchange may be made for a different item. An item of greater value will have the necessary difference in retail and applicable sales tax applied. Normal wear and tear of any item is not included in this guarantee.
