Based on an average Accentz show with $800 in retail sales, you can determine how many shows you should plan to hold in order to stay in line with your personal goals. No matter what these goals are, you are in charge of determining your income potential. To find out the number of shows you should hold each month to meet your monthly income goal, follow this simple formula.
Income goal divided by $240 (average income per show) = # of shows needed to meet your monthly goal

*To increase earning potential, it’s important to build your team! For example, a team of 10 Associates + 8% commission can generate an additional $1,800 each month!

As an Associate, do I need to maintain inventory?
Your jewelry samples and party supplies are the only items that you need to have available. This includes catalogs, order forms, jewelry display cards, and other items needed for an Accentz Experience.
Am I responsible for delivering party orders?
Associates can choose when they enter an order to have it sent to them, to the hostess, or direct to the customer. Orders are packaged at the Accentz corporate office and shipped within 48 hours of closing the party. When orders are shipped to the Hostess, they are responsible for delivering individual orders to their guests.
How soon should I close my show?
Associates should close shows within 3 days of the Accentz Experience. The sooner you close your show means guests will be able to start enjoying their new jewelry as soon as possible. It’s important to determine what pieces Hostesses would like on the night of the party.
When do I receive commission?
When a guest pays with cash or check, Associates receive instant commission. When a guest uses a credit or debit card, the card should be authorized immediately, because commission from these orders will be sent to the Associate by check.
